The software is user-friendly, with minimal, simple logical inputs in programming tests, multi-standard calibration, plotting multilevel quality control (QC) points, and running tests. It also includes proven technology of coagulation curve in percentage light scatter for clot detection. The ERBA ECL 105/ 412 performs comprehensive coagulation tests in semiautomated systems. The tests such as Fibrinogen, Factors assays, Lupus anticoagulant, Protein C, Protein S, AT III and D Dimer are programmed and can be performed with minimum effort.
